Valuations

An thorough inventory facilitates a more accurate valuation. With the help of documented model designations and a year of manufacture for kitchen appliances, along with measured fixtures, we perform a valuation of each separate unit. If there is doubt, we contact the manufacturer and perform a joint valuation.

A stage in the valuation involves informing the client/customer of which existing kitchen appliances can be reused. Although an existing kitchen appliance may be functional for another 2-3 years, we occasionally recommend acquiring an equivalent appliance that is more energy efficient and thus cheaper to operate.

We produce a compilation of the valuation and submit it to the client/customer. This document then forms the basis for whether the project should proceed or be postponed.
