Inventories
When renovating a kitchen, there are often kitchen appliances and furnishings that can be reused in the new kitchen. This has a great impact on the final cost of the renovation.
The inventory takes around 2-4 hours depending on the size of the kitchen. The year of manufacture of kitchen appliances, how they have been used and the service frequency are also taken into consideration during an inventory. During the construction of a new kitchen, service visits are normally included once every six months during the warranty period. If there are data plates missing on the kitchen appliances during the inventory, we contact the kitchen manufacturer and inform them of the dimensions (length, width, volume, etc.). Using this information and the manufacturer’s records, we very often find the model number and year of manufacture.
Inventory is a very important key component of the planning as it largely lays the basis for other technical areas such as the dimensioning of distribution boxes and extractor hoods.
