We have received orders for three designs. The locations are Norra Rörum preschool, Maglehill and Sätofta school. We will begin to take inventory of all the kitchens in the municipality later this autumn and use this to form the basis for the future construction.

The Property Management in Malmö has commissioned a large-scale preparation kitchen for about 1500 servings. The location is a sports school with a kitchen and restaurant placed on the fifth floor. The school restaurant wants an integrated service with four food stations and a strategically placed tray-return station.

Now the design plan for the rebuilding of Mathildenborgs is complete. The restaurant is a natural meeting place in the neighbourhood and the kitchen delivers to many nearby locations. The food is made from scratch and locally produced.

We are working on two kitchen projects in Helsingborg. The locations are Västra Berga school and Maria Park school. The department for service has developed a concept for the serving areas, which includes a well-stocked salad bar and mobile units for the main dishes, creating flexible furnishing options.

At the request of the Property Management in Malmö are planning for two preparation kitchens with Arkitektgruppen AB and New Line Arkitekter AB. The locations are Folk school and Annebergs school, dimensioned for approximately 450 and 630 servings respectively.

The Property Management in Lund has commissioned a design for a kitchen at Vipan “Hjärtat”. The kitchen is designed for approximately 1300 servings. The restaurant will accommodate about 400 guests. Serving stations and tray-return stations are centrally located, which makes for simple and clear traffic flows.

In collaboration with Fojab Arkitekter AB we have developed a layout for a café kitchen, designed for about 50 seated guests. The café will be located in the library foyer, which should guarantee a financially secure business for the entrepreneur.

Together with Sesam Arkitektkontor AB we have developed a construction plan for the preparation kitchen at Allögården in Kristianstad. The number of servings is about 700, most of which are shipped to other locations.

At the request of the department for service in Malmö, we will develop new floor plans for the existing preparation kitchens at Petri school and Pauli school. The big challenge will be to come up with plans for the serving areas, which will be constructed as food courts with 3-4 stations.

Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB has commissioned a design of a café kitchen at Xplorion. We are also working on developing contract documents for a large-scale kitchen at Kv. Hammocken. For these two projects, we are working with the architecture firms LINK Arkitektur AB and Plan- och byggnadskonst in Lund AB respectively.
