Property management has extended our framework agreement for an additional year, over which we are happy and proud! One of the many projects we are working on right now is Helsingborg municipality ‘s Borgvallas nursing home.
In cooperation with Sweco Architects, we have developed a plan for a restaurant kitchen on the Campus ESS in Lund. The kitchen is designed for about 400 lunch guests. There will also be served in the evening at conferences and meetings.
We have planned a preparation kitchen in Kronodal, the object is a center for the elderly and the kitchen is designed for about 150 servings. The floor plan we developed in cooperation with Architect Group in Malmö and Skanska.
In cooperation with mono architects and commissioned by the Property Office, we have designed a new preparation kitchen in Skegrie preschool. At the same time, we have made changes mainly for washing up and serving on Skegrie school.
We have received an order for the design of 2 preparation kitchens in Höganäs. First is Sjöcrona nursery with about 200 portions, then during the spring there will be a project for the primary school / preschool .
The Property Management Department has ordered the design of 3 preparation kitchens. The locations are to be Borgvalla’s home for the elderly, Gustavslundskolan and Laröds skola.
In collaboration with Magasin A arkitekter, we have designed a staff restaurant at Assa Abloy in Landskrona. The kitchen serves around 300 lunches per day.
We are designing two pieces of preparation kitchens, the items are Tingdammsskolan school and Elinelunds gård school. The kitchens are sized about 1500 and about 2000 portions. Floor plans be developed in cooperation with the MSR .
On the same day, final inspections were made in Ängelholm at Rönneskolan and Kungsgårdsskolan. The kitchens were approved, resulting in a very satisfied client, occupant, kitchen contractor and inspector!
Stadsfastigheter has ordered continued detailed planning for Granbacken’s nursery school and Spårvagnen’s nursery school. The projects are preparation kitchens with a capacity of around 200 and 100 meals, respectively.
