Investigations

When we do an investigation, it results in a flow chart. The reason for an investigation may be, for example, a desire to expand the kitchen’s capacity from 250 to 500 diners.

We then investigate everything from the capabilities of the existing appliances and their placement on the premises to the total surface capacity. All necessary changes to the appliances and the possible expansion of the surface area are investigated and documented in order to produce a flow chart.
